Washing & Care Instructions

# Dry clean only is recommended for suits, blazers, jackets, and tailored trousers.
# Do not machine wash or hand wash finished tailored garments.
# Clean both pieces of a suit together to maintain even color and finish.
# Dry clean only when necessary—after stains, odor, or several wears—to protect the fabric’s natural fibers.
# For small stains, gently blot with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub or scrub.
# Test any stain-removal product on a hidden area before use.
# If hand washing is absolutely necessary for an unlined fabric piece, use cold water only, maximum 30°C.
# Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent specially made for wool or delicate fabrics.
# Turn the fabric inside out before washing.
# Gently move the fabric through the water; do not twist, wring, stretch, or rub it.
# Do not soak the fabric for more than 5–10 minutes.
# Rinse thoroughly in cool water until all detergent is removed.
# Do not tumble dry; heat can shrink wool and damage silk fibers.
# Gently press out excess water using a clean, dry towel.
# Reshape the fabric and dry it flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
# Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, heaters, and direct heat while drying.
# Use a garment steamer whenever possible to remove wrinkles safely.
# If ironing, use the wool/silk/polyester setting with a maximum temperature of 150°C.
# Always place a clean, slightly damp pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric.
# Iron with light pressure; do not hold the iron in one place.
# Do not iron directly over silk-rich areas, seams, or finished edges.
# Store garments on a broad, padded hanger to maintain their shape.
# Keep the fabric in a breathable garment bag; avoid sealed plastic bags for long-term storage.
# Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
# Use cedar blocks or natural moth protection for wool-rich fabrics.
# Allow tailored garments to rest for at least 24 hours between wears so the fibers can recover.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uncut fabric in its original packaging. Pre-order, imported-on-request and sale fabrics cannot be returned.

Slight colour and texture variations are normal for fabric. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any issue within 48 hours. Cash on Delivery orders need a 50% advance.

Orders outside Bangladesh are paid in full in advance and shipped by DHL or FedEx. Shipping, customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
