Return Policy

At Fiera De Lana, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Imported fabrics that are not in ready stock
• Pre-order fabrics
• Sale items
• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order or initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
