International Orders

For customers outside Bangladesh, the full order value must be paid in advance before the order is processed.

International shipping is arranged through DHL, FedEx, or another approved international courier. Delivery charges are calculated according to the applicable DHL/FedEx rates, destination country, package weight, dimensions, customs duties, taxes, and other courier-related charges.

International Terms

• Full advance payment is required for all international orders.
• Shipping charges are separate from the fabric price and must be paid before dispatch.
• The final shipping cost may vary based on courier rates, destination, weight, volume, and delivery service selected.
• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, and other government charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
• Fiera De Lana is not responsible for delays caused by international couriers, customs clearance, import restrictions, or destination-country regulations.
• International orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
